ALL TENANTS MUST SIGN A TENANCY AGREEMENT AND PROVIDE A SIGNED
GUARANTOR FORM
- PPP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
THE AGREEMENT IF A COMPLETED TENANCY AGREEMENT, GUARANTOR FORM AND STANDING
ORDER PRINTOUT ARE NOT RECEIVED AND THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT IS
NOT PAID BY THE REQUIRED DATES. If PPP does not instigate
cancellation, the
Tenant is still bound by the terms of the Tenancy Agreement.

ALL TENANTS MUST ABIDE BY THE RULES & REGULATIONS SET OUT IN THE
TENANCY AGREEMENT

DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF THE TENANCY, SUBJECT TO THE
TERMS OF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT
- DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN FOUR WEEKS OF THE TENANT
ADVISING PPP THAT THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN VACATED AND THE KEYS
HAVING BEEN RETURNED TO THE LANDLORD

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION PRIOR TO
THE START OR
NON-COMPLETION OF THE TENANCY. The deposit will be used to
cover administration costs and the costs of trying to re-let the
property. This does not affect the Tenant/Guarantor
obligation to pay the remainder of the rent should the property
not be re-let.
- ADMINISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- ROOM INSPECTIONS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE LANDLORD OR HIS
REPRESENTATIVES ON A PERIODIC BASIS - NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN
- PPP RESERVES THE RIGHT FOR THE LANDLORD OR HIS REPRESENTATIVES
TO ENTER THE PROPERTY AT REASONABLE TIMES OF THE DAY WITHOUT
PRIOR NOTICE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSES OF SHOWING PROSPECTIVE
TENANTS THE PROPERTY

PPP reserves the right to impose a reasonable penalty against any
tenant whose action or behaviour causes concern for the health &
safety of other tenants or the property
- THE COST OF ANY DAMAGE TO COMMUNAL AREAS IN SHARED
ACCOMMODATION WILL BE EQUALLY SPLIT BETWEEN ALL TENANTS OF SAID
PROPERTY UNLESS THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE IS IDENTIFIED
