- Complete our enquiry form
- Inform us that you want to go ahead with the rental
- Provide a cheque or bank transfer for the full deposit and
administration fee
- Complete and return a Guarantor Form
- Sign a Tenancy Agreement
- Set up a standing order for rental payments and provide
proof from your bank
- Completing the above steps will guarantee your reservation
- Pay first month's rent by 1st August
- Subsequent rent to be paid by standing order, starting 1st
September with last payment due on 1st May
- Contact us to arrange date & time for key collection &
moving in
PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation is reserved on a "first come first
served basis" and reservation is only guaranteed on receipt of
the FULL deposit, completed Guarantor Form and signed tenancy
agreement.
